Change of mind returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- unused
- unopened
- in original packaging
- in resaleable condition
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns on used baby bottles, teats, straws, cutlery or feeding items.
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or store credit in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Sale items and bundles
Sale items and bundles may be returned only if they meet the return conditions above.
If part of a bundle is returned, any refund may be adjusted to reflect the bundle discount.
