Little Steelware products are made for everyday family use, but like all baby and toddler products, they should be used with care and adult supervision.
Please read the care instructions included with each product before use.
Before first use
Wash all products thoroughly before first use.
Check all parts before each use and discontinue use if you notice cracks, damage, weakness, sharp edges or loose parts.
General stainless steel care
- Wash before first use
- Wash after each use
- Dry thoroughly before storing
- Avoid abrasive cleaners or steel wool
- Do not use damaged products
- Do not place stainless steel items in the microwave unless the product is specifically labelled microwave-friendly
Our products are 304-grade stainless steel, which is durable, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and resistant to lingering smells and stains, making it a practical choice for everyday feeding, lunch packing and food storage.
Silicone & plastic care
Where products include silicone and/or plastic components:
- Wash before first use
- Check regularly for signs of wear or damage
- Do not use if torn, cracked or weakened
- Dry thoroughly before storing
- Keep away from sharp objects where possible
All silicone/plastic components used in our range are BPA-free and phthalate-free.
Dishwasher guidance
Most Little Steelware products are dishwasher safe, but care instructions vary by product.
Please check the individual product page or included care leaflet for specific dishwasher guidance.
Microwave guidance
Only use products in the microwave if they are specifically labelled as microwave-friendly.
Our microwave-friendly stainless steel food containers are designed for reheating according to the included care instructions.
When using microwave-friendly containers:
- Open the silicone vent before reheating
- Do not use in grill, oven or convection modes
- Do not microwave empty
- Use care when removing, as outside may be hot
- Always follow the included care instructions
Do not microwave standard stainless steel bottles, bowls, plates, cutlery, lunch boxes, straws or chopping boards.
